blocking stressing thoughts

One thing that is really helping me managing stress is to take my mind somewhere else when something negative or any problem comes up to it whenever I have to do something important or when I am not able to solve it. I usually try to remember something nice that happened to me or a great place where I have been before. Finally when I have time I have a seat and I think calmly how to fix it and not to make a big deal of it. This method is helping me not to stress that much and take it easy with the daily obstacles.
