Incrementing hobbies

One technique that has been helping me dropping my levels of stress is to organize my schedule. Through this I am able to give my self more time to practice activities that I enjoy and help me relax. Activities as playing guitar, jogging or playing soccer have been giving me the nice touch I needed in my weekly routine. This change made my life busier but with more fun stuff. I could definitively notice that I feel stress-free these days.

blocking stressing thoughts

One thing that is really helping me managing stress is to take my mind somewhere else when something negative or any problem comes up to it whenever I have to do something important or when I am not able to solve it. I usually try to remember something nice that happened to me or a great place where I have been before. Finally when I have time I have a seat and I think calmly how to fix it and not to make a big deal of it. This method is helping me not to stress that much and take it easy with the daily obstacles.
